The Authority's Feasibility Study provides an overview of the Authority's due diligence, financial feasibility analysis, stress testing, and projected operating revenue and expenditures with a capital expenditures plan. The Authority's Credit Presentation summarizes the Authority's Series 2021 Revenue Bond proposal. The proposed financing received an investment grade bond rating.
